If your business or organisation has multiple computers and/or you need a significant amount of work done, we have a special offer for you.

Pre-Paid Hours

Big saving can be made, based on our standard hourly onsite rate. (conditions apply*).

• Purchase a Twenty Hour block (reduced hourly rate -$20/hr) and receive each of the benefits listed below + up to 2 hours free phone/e-mail support. Total Cost: $70.00/hr x 20 = $1400.00
• Purchase a Fifteen Hour block (reduced hourly rate -$15/hr) and receive each of the benefits listed below + 1 hours free phone/e-mail support Total Cost: $75.00/hr x 15 = $1125.00
• Purchase a Ten Hour block (reduced hourly rate -$10/hr) and receive each of the benefits listed below + 30 minutes free phone/e-mail support. Total Cost: $80.00/hr x 10 = $800.00 (conditions apply*).
• Purchase a Five Hour block (reduced hourly rate -$5/hr) and receive each of the benefits listed below... Total Cost: $85.00/hr x 5 = $425.00 .

Extra Benefits:

• Higher Priority: Customers with pre-Paid hours will always be given a higher priority over 'regular' customers.
• No 'Urgent Rate' High urgency jobs (same day) will not incur a higher rate (usually 1.5 x standard rate).
• Critical requests (within 2 hours) will only be charged at 1.5 x standard rate for the fist hour and at the standard rate thereafter (usually 2x standard rate for the duration of the call out).
• No 'Standard Minimum Fee' (Call Out Fee) applies for customers with a positive Pre-Paid hours balance, so you can save even more on each "Call Out": Standard Hourly rate applies immediately.
• No 'Out-of-Hours Rates' for pre-arranged after-hours or weekend projects (must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance): High Priority or Urgent Out-of-Hours work will be treated as per above.

*Conditions:

• Pre-Paid blocks must be ordered and paid for before work begins (and cover labour only).
• Pre-Paid (on-site) Hours must be used in 'blocks' of 30 minutes minimum if based in Katanning or two hours minimum if you are more than 20km from Katanning).
• Pre-paid Hours must be used within a set period*:
  • 5 hour block = 3 months,
  • 10 hour block = 6 months,
  • 15 hour block = 9 months,
  • 20 hour block =12 months.
• Any unused hours will expire (at the end of the period), unless you purchase another block of equal or greater value: In this case the remaining hours may be carried over but must be used within 3 months of their original expiry date.
• Pre-paid Hours 'credits' cannot be used to pay for hardware, software or any other services (web design, hosting, domain registrations, etc.). Pre-Paid hours cover the standard hourly rate only. Pre-paid hours may only be used for 'web design' if the whole block of time was purchased as part of a web development package or agreement.
