Great Southern Computer Services is available to provide individual or group training sessions in a range of computer related skills, techniques and software packages.

Improve you computer skills: Learn to work faster & smarter while becoming more comfortable with your computer. Training Overview:

• Using Micrsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7
• Using Linux (a highly stable and secure 'free' alternative to Windows)
• Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powepoint, etc)
• Using Open Office ('Open Source' FREE alternative to MS Office)
• How To: Getting online (ADSL, Wireless, Satellite Broadband or Dialup, etc.)
• How To: Internet & E-mail, Webcams (& other internet related software).
• How To: Online Security (What you need to know about security and how to play it 'safe' on-line).
• How To: Digital Imaging (editing/scanning/printing digital photos): Using Photoshop or The Gimp, etc.
• How To: Other Software or Products? Ask!
• Basic Introduction to using various accounting packages: Agrimaster* (Farm management), MYOB*, Quickbooks* and various Open Source alternatives for those wanting to move away from MS Windows or from expensive proprietary software.

Cost:

Training is provided at our Standard Hourly Rate for individuals or groups (Maximum of 3 family members or business employees at a time) - discounts may apply for pre-booked 'blocks' of time. Larger Group Bookings available: Contact Us for details
